What to Expect

You'll begin with a warm welcome and a moment to settle in as a community. From there, you'll be guided through breathwork, cacao, and reiki, followed by a sound journey using Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, and the human voice. You'll lie back, breathe, and let the vibrations wash over you, with a few quiet moments to rest and reflect before the session closes.

What to Wear

Come in soft, comfortable clothing you can fully relax in. Layers are a good idea, since your body temperature may shift as you settle into stillness. Bring a blanket, pillow, or anything else that helps you feel supported and at ease.

Benefits

• Reduced stress: the sound and vibration help quiet the nervous system and bring on a sense of calm.

• A sense of belonging: sharing the experience with others creates connection and community.

• Clearer focus: the meditative quality of sound can ease mental clutter and sharpen concentration.

• Emotional release: many participants find the vibrations open space for feelings to move and settle.

No experience is needed. Everyone is welcome.
